Project Overview

This project aims to build a structured, scalable, and role based digital system that enables the management of cities, travel programs, and local camps through a centralized web platform for RMF Turkiye.

The platform will allow administrators to organize cities, international trips, and local camps, while enabling authorized users to register new players or staff members under the correct city or program. The primary goal is to create a clear operational flow that supports player and staff data collection, program tracking, and future growth.

The visual design of the platform will be managed through a CMS, while all functional logic, data relationships, and workflows will be implemented through custom development.

Main Project Goals

Create a Clear and Scalable Structure

Establish a logical and easy to navigate system that separates Cities, Trips, and Local Camps while keeping all data centrally managed.

Enable Efficient Player and Staff Registration

Provide fast, structured, and error free data entry flows for new player and staff registrations, linked accurately to cities or programs.

Support Operational Growth

Build a flexible infrastructure that allows new cities, trips, and camps to be added without disrupting the existing system.

Combine CMS Flexibility with Custom Functionality

Leverage CMS for design and content management while using custom development for performance, reliability, and long term scalability.

Project Scope

The items below describe the planned scope for RMF Turkiye. The scope will be finalized together during the discovery phase.

Cities Module

  • A dedicated “Cities” section accessible from the main navigation.
  • A city listing page displaying all active cities.
  • City detail pages where users can initiate New Player or New Staff registration.
  • All registrations will be automatically associated with the selected city.

Trips Module

  • A “Trips” section leading to a selection page.
  • Trip categories available: Madrid Camp, Madrid World Challenge, and International Trips.
  • Each option directs users to its own dedicated page or structured flow, allowing future expansion.

Local Camps Module

  • A “Local Camps” section listing cities where local camps are organized.
  • City based camp pages enabling New Player or New Staff registration.
  • All records will be linked directly to the selected city and camp.

CMS Design & Custom Development

  • All page layouts, menus, and visual components will be created via CMS.
  • Registration logic, data handling, and system workflows will be handled through custom code.
  • Data relationships between cities, trips, camps, players, and staff will be implemented and maintained.

Project Process

This project will be delivered within a structured 3 week timeline, where CMS design and custom development progress in sync. The steps below summarize the workflow:

  1. 1. Discovery & Requirements

    Week 1 (Days 1–3)

Requirements are gathered and confirmed: platform structure, user roles, registration flows (Player/Staff), and module definitions for Cities, Trips, and Local Camps.

  2. 2. Sitemap & CMS Layout Planning

    Week 1 (Days 4–5)

Navigation, page types, CMS templates, and required data fields are defined. Content responsibilities and acceptance criteria are aligned.

  3. 3. UI Design & CMS Build

    Week 2 (Days 6–10)

Page designs are implemented via CMS (menus, listing pages, detail pages, and entry points). The UI is reviewed and refined in iterations.

  4. 4. Custom Development & Workflows

    Week 3 (Days 11–14)

Custom functionality is implemented: city lists, trip selection pages, local camp city lists, and Player/Staff registration forms with correct data relationships and validations.

  5. 5. Testing, Launch & Handover

    Week 3 (Day 15)

End to end testing is completed (forms, navigation, permissions). Final fixes are applied and the platform is launched. A short onboarding session is provided.
